SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Evening/Weekend/On-Call Rotation
COMPANY: Southwest General Home Health
SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician. The RN educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The RN is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations. The RN is responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the state.

HOW YOU'LL WORK: You’ll provide clinical care under the direction of the physician. You will educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state.
REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment. Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred. Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver. Capable of all physical demands
