Full job description
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near West Central, IN. IN license required.
- Shift: 5x8, 40 hr/wk. No weekend. No call.
- Independent practice. - No new grads. Must have experience working in Independent Practice Model.
- Types of cases: Endo, OB, General, Ortho.
- Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? YES.
- EMR: Cerner.
- Must have IN license.
- Will cross credential at 2 sites.
- Credentialing timeframe: 1-3 months; temps can be granted.
- $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
- $All-inclusive Competitive Hourly pay + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
