A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in the Charlotte area is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an established primary care practice with strong community ties.

• The largest service line within the system, made up of 60 providers across 14 different practice locations
• This location has one physician and one APP and is looking to add an experienced provider to their team
• A competitive guaranteed base salary with wRVU production with retention (30k) and yearly quality incentive bonuses
• Large recruitment incentive package includes commencement and relocation bonuses - PSLF eligible
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options (4, 4.5, or 5 day work week) in an outpatient only setting with no weekends
• Light call: Enjoy a 1:8 telephone call
• Robust administrative and clinical support allows you to focus on providing quality patient care
• Limited to no pediatric cases
• Clinical Experience is required
