What You'll Do

You'll keep the dealership running smoothly behind the scenes -- supporting Sales Managers, serving customers at the front desk, and making sure every deal is processed cleanly from start to finish.

• Greet customers, answer calls, and manage incoming appointments
• Process deal paperwork and assist with funding, titles, and due bills
• Prepare sales reports and metrics for Sales Manager review
• Manage the plate log, deal jackets, and scheduling
• Support OEM reporting, inventory tracking, and DriveCentric data hygiene
• Monitor schedules, time off, and other administrative duties

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills -- written, verbal, and on the phone
• Detail orientation and comfort with data entry and office systems
• A positive, professional presence in a fast-paced environment

• $18–20/hr to start
