Occupational Therapist

Synchrony Rehab at Williamston House is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide person-centered rehabilitation services to seniors in assisted living and post-acute settings. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve independence in ADLs, mobility, and cognition. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document timely and accurately, educate families and caregivers, and support safe discharge planning.
