Operate hotel reservation system (LMS) and access computerized Casino Management (CMS) tracking system with the use of the Revenue Management System (ARMS) to make reservations for customers. Work with Marketing on special event reservations. Greet hotel guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome and delight hotel guests with genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive.
- Connect with Executive Hosts to ensure every guest has an amazing stay experience.
- Partner with Marketing and Player Departments to create unforgettable reservations for special events, gaming tournaments, and parties.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage to seamlessly book reservations across all dining outlets.
- Master the LMS, RMS, and CMS systems to make smart, strategic decisions about comped, discounted, and full-rate room options for our guests.
- Stay sharp on rates, room types, availability, and hotel policies so you can answer any question with confidence.
- Be the go-to resource for guests curious about the hotel, casino, and community—share your knowledge and enthusiasm!
- Take on additional projects and initiatives as directed by management to keep things running smoothly.
• Must have ability to add, subtract, and audit accounts.
• Must be able to handle money accurately and follow established procedures.
• Able to operate the LMS, CMS, and RMS computer systems and read computer screens.
• Type accurately on a computer keyboard.
• Possess knowledge of credit card transactions using electronic draft system.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
