Medical-Surgical Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult med‑surg patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, and complex conditions. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, monitor vitals and complex IV therapies, manage wounds, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
