La Villa Grande Care Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, resident-centered rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing and senior living community. Evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
