Emergency Medicine Regional Medical Director -

About the Role:
Supervise all emergency medicine site directors within Central PA
Serves as a member of various committees as appointed and agreed upon
Measure, assess and optimize departmental operational efficiencies
Assists with teaching activities in Emergency Department as UPMC Harrisburg is home to a 3 - Year Emergency Medicine residency program with 6 residents per class
Strong collaboration with STAT MedEvac with regional emergency response
Qualifications:
Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine by ABEM or ABOEM
Passion for teaching and delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on personalized care and positive outcomes
Licensed full-time Emergency Medicine Physician and obtain active staff privileges
