Tues 10 am - 7 pm, Wed - Fri 8 am - 5 pm; Mondays off

19 patients per day

Wednesdays are telehealth -- patients seen virtually or by phone

Minor derm procedures or joint injections preferred

Familiarity with buprenorphine/suboxone preferred

Hospital privileges required
