Registered Nurse

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to residents in our senior living and long-term care community. In this role, you will assess and monitor resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate residents and families, ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, and support a culture of teamwork and professional growth within a positive, resident-focused environment.
