<p style="text-align:center"><b>Achieve more with Volt</b></p> <p>Volt is hiring for a <b>Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor</b> for a leading manufacturing facility in <b>Hayward, CA</b>.</p> <p><b>As a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily repair and preventive maintenance activities</li> <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment</li> <li>Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity</li> <li>Inspect, test, and diagnose machinery and equipment malfunctions</li> <li>Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently</li> <li>Review blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to support repairs</li> <li>Manage maintenance work orders and documentation</li> <li>Order parts, tools, and supplies as needed</li> <li>Support facility maintenance projects and equipment installations</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards</li> <li>Train and mentor maintenance personnel</li> <li>Work closely with production teams to maintain equipment reliability</li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule: M-F 5:30am- 2:00pm</b></p> <p><b>This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.</b></p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Previous maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment</li> <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience</li> <li>Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems</li> <li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals</li> <li>Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li> <li>Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment</li> <li>Welding, fabrication, HVAC, or plumbing experience is a plus</li> <li>Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Rate:</b> <b>$28/hr. plus DOE</b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
