Travel Cath Lab Tech (Cardiac Tech)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Shift: Days / 6:30a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Participation in weekend, holiday, and on‑call rotation as required by department needs

Requirements:

• CT license
• Minimum 3 years + Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab experience
• Expertise in assisting with radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices
• Experience supporting neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions
• Ideal tech will be a cross‑trained cardiovascular technologist with advanced experience across EP, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart laboratories
• Proficient in supporting high‑acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventional cases
• Proficient in scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cases (PCI, atherectomy), and supporting mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella, IABP, temporary pacing)
• BLS
• ACLS
• ARRT (R) and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI
• Proficient in scrubbing electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems (Micra, Aveir preferred)
• If a licensed radiologic technologist - Familiarity with Siemens and RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification through CCI preferred
• Proficient in scrubbing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and Watchman preferred
• Skilled in advanced cardiovascular imaging and technologies, including ICE, IVUS, OCT, and 3D mapping systems and mechanical circulatory support devices preferred
