Laborer – RB Hinkle Construction

Job Overview:

RB Hinkle Construction is seeking dependable Laborers to support field construction operations. This position performs general construction and utility-related labor while assisting crews with daily jobsite activities.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, willing to work outdoors, and comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews with general construction and utility-related work.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform digging, trenching, backfilling, cleanup, and other manual labor duties.
• Assist with jobsite setup and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment as directed.
• Assist operators, drivers, foremen, and other crew members as needed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, utility, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours when required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be able to meet applicable company and project requirements.
