Physical Therapist Assistant

Essentia Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, and use modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. You will monitor patient progress, document care accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. This role supports patient and family education, ensures safety and infection control, and contributes to a positive, patient-centered environment focused on holistic, community-oriented care.
