RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Reston Hospital Center seeks an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Immediate Care Unit. In this leadership-focused role, you will coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence‑based clinical standards. Responsibilities include overseeing patient flow, triage, and care plans, mentoring and precepting staff, participating in quality and safety initiatives, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will help implement policies, use advanced technology, support patient and family education, and promote our culture of patient‑first care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
