Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Active Maryland state license in Speech-Language Pathology required prior to start.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluations and treatment, including use of compensatory strategies and therapeutic exercises preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with interdisciplinary discharge planning and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs and caregiver education preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Typical weekly hours: 30 hours per week.
