Full job description

Summary: Performs preparation and service of food. Will be cross trained in a variety of jobs within the Food Services Department and may provide coverage to Coffee and Smoothie Bars as needed. Assists with tray quality audits, tallies for cold food production, processes meal cards and menus, and prepares nourishment and prescription formulas (when tube feeding is validated Tube feeding competency required). May perform other duties as requested. Takes into consideration age related factors in the preparation and delivery of food for pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in accordance with the departmental standards and diet manual.

Experience: Less than one year

Education: Preferred: High School / GED

Licensures & Certifications:
Required: ServSafe Food Handler
Credential Note: ServSafe Food Handler certification is required within 90 days of hire

Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.59 Based On Experience
