Launch and Lead a Growing Urology Program | New Da Vinci Robot | Shawnee, Oklahoma
Join SSM Health at a transformational time for urologic care in Shawnee, OK. With the implementation of the Da Vinci Surgical System in 2026, this physician will have the opportunity to help grow and shape a regional urology program while building a high-volume practice supported by an established referral network and a collaborative medical staff.
Step into a market with significant unmet demand for urologic services and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one. Patients throughout Shawnee and surrounding communities are seeking increased access to urologic care, creating immediate practice growth potential.
This position offers a rare combination of autonomy and support. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to shape the growth of urology services in Shawnee while benefiting from dedicated OR access, emerging robotic capabilities, an established referral network, and the resources of SSM Health.
