Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Medical Detox Unit to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to adults undergoing medically managed withdrawal. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, administer medications and IV therapies, and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians and behavioral health teams. You will educate patients and families on detox and recovery resources, ensure safe transitions of care, and document thoroughly in the EHR.
