Intermountain Health’s Spring Creek Women’s Health Clinic seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care for women across the lifespan. The RN will conduct assessments, administer medications, support procedures, and deliver education on reproductive and preventive health. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll coordinate care, document in the EHR, and promote safety and quality improvement while supporting diverse patients.
