Occupational Therapist Registered

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist Registered to support seniors in our resident-first communities. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help residents improve independence in daily living and mobility. Collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and care teams to ensure safe, person-centered interventions. Provide caregiver training, document progress, and contribute to discharge and care planning.
