Scheduled clinical hours plus call -- 1:1 call ratio
8 - 12 patients per shift
Pediatric critical care department
Ventilation management required -- invasive and non-invasive
ECMO experience required
Procedures required -- central line, arterial line, chest tube insertion
Bronchoscopy with BAL, exchange transfusion, temporary pacemaker
20-minute call response time required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
