Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver direct patient care in our hospitals and clinics. The LPN will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient status, and accurately document in the medical record. Working closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, the LPN supports patient assessments, care planning, and discharge preparation.
