Dental Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at East Valley Periodontics. In this role, you'll guide patients through their treatment plans, explain recommended care, review financial options, and help ensure a seamless experience from consultation through completion of treatment.

At East Valley Periodontics, we're more than coworkers-we're a close-knit team that values collaboration, compassion, and exceptional patient care. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm and Friday 7:45am-3:00pm

Present proposed treatment plans to patients and explain procedures, timelines, and financial obligations
Review payment options, process financial arrangements, and collect payments as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
~3+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
Familiarity with dental treatment planning and insurance coordination
Experience with dental practice management software
Understanding of dental procedures, codes, and insurance plans
Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements

The salary range for this role is $25-$28 per hour.
