Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois state physical therapy license required to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Flexible scheduling and ability to adapt to varied patient caseloads.
