Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide person-centered rehabilitation services to short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents. Responsibilities include evaluating functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training in ADLs and mobility, and documenting in the EMR. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, safety, and quality of life in a compassionate, family-like environment that supports professional growth within the CommuniCare network.
