Full job description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, APIs, and services.
  • Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to backend and full-stack development as required.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
  • Improve AI-assisted engineering workflows and development standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and adjacent teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Clearly communicate technical decisions, issues, and tradeoffs.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong software engineering experience building production-grade applications.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of software design, APIs, testing, debugging, and application architecture.
  • Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated code.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with AI-native/AI-assisted development, AI coding assistants, or agentic development workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
