MEDICAL NURSE PRACTITIONER

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing for its long-term care program. The DON will lead nursing operations, ensuring safe, person-centered, and regulatory-compliant care for residents. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical practice standards, staffing and scheduling, quality improvement, and infection prevention. The Director will mentor and evaluate nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and engage residents and families. This role supports Good Samaritan’s faith-based, mission-driven focus on health equity, whole-person care, and service to underserved neighbors while promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
