Full job description
Shift: Nights, 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (Including Weekends & Holidays)

Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about quality? We are looking for a Diagnostic Technician to join our manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring product quality, operational excellence, and continuous production performance.
In this hands-on position, you will monitor manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and help maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. What You'll Be Doing
Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation and product quality
Perform in-process quality inspections and make product disposition decisions following established procedures
Measure, verify, and record product weights and dimensions using precision measurement tools
Conduct routine sampling and safety checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
Monitor automated systems and respond promptly to equipment alarms, alerts, and process deviations
Perform basic troubleshooting to support efficient production flow and minimize downtime
Enter inventory, quality, and production data accurately using electronic systems and handheld devices
Support material replenishment and machine operation activities as required
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas and equipment
Dispose of production waste in accordance with company procedures
Collaborate with team members to support production goals and operational excellence
Provide cross-functional support to operators and production leads as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a Color Hue Test (score of 100 or below required)
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic systems
Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately
Experience working in a manufacturing, quality, production, or technical environment is preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production setting
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Comfortable using small steps and step ladders
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
Schedule & Work Environment
Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
Includes weekends and holidays as part of the production schedule
Additional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs
Regular on-site attendance is an essential function of the role
