Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive outpatient urologic care in Latham, NY. In this role, you will evaluate and manage adult patients, perform focused exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with urologists. You’ll support in-office procedures, pre- and post-op care, and patient education while documenting in the EHR.
