Full job description

Heartlinks ABA MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities across center, home, and community settings. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, design behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, and provide clinical oversight for RBTs and behavior therapists. Responsibilities include parent training, collaboration with schools and other providers, data analysis, and outcome reporting.
