Bar Manager – High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant

Broadview Heights, OH

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years managing a full-service restaurant bar program
  • High-volume management experience, ideally $3M+ in annual restaurant volume
  • High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for training, coaching, and developing staff
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory, beverage costs, and service standards
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on an exceptional guest experience
  • Previous BOH experience is a plus
