Outpatient practice setting -- scheduled clinical hours plus call
8 patients per shift
Adult urology population -- general urology cases
Call ratio 1:1 -- beeper call, 30 minute response time
Required: partial nephrectomies, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures
Required: penile prosthesis, ESWL
Preferred: robotic surgery, radical prostatectomy, ureteroscopy
Assignments scheduled one week at a time
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
