Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Life Care Centers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality rehabilitative care for senior residents under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises, monitoring patient progress, and accurately documenting care. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe mobility and functional independence in a family-focused, patient-first environment that values professional growth and clinical excellence.
