6a-2:30p Monday-Friday (Starting as early as 4a and OT on Saturday as needed)
$18.77 hourly to start

Position: Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in our manufacturing process by assembling products, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform assembly, disassembly, rework, installation, and soldering operations.
Operate production equipment and presses as needed.
Follow written instructions, visual aids, and production specifications.
Conduct quality checks and first-piece inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
Support safety initiatives and follow all PPE requirements.
Work at various stations based on production needs.
Communicate issues promptly to supervisors and team leaders.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of urgency.
Ability to work overtime and holidays when needed.
