Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls related to mobile tire service.
• Gather service information from customers and communicate job details clearly.
• Dispatch tire technicians to customer, fleet, and roadside service locations.
• Coordinate technician assignments based on where service is needed.
• Communicate service and vehicle information to technicians in the field.
• Provide professional customer service to clients throughout the dispatch process.
• Use computer systems to support daily dispatch and service coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of tires and tire-related service REQUIRED
• Strong customer-service skills for communicating with clients by phone.
• Computer skills for handling dispatch and service information.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and mobile tire technicians.
• Ability to coordinate multiple service requests and technician assignments.
