Multi-Unit Director Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum 4 years of multi-unit QSR/fast food/food court restaurant leadership experience (4–6 locations)
• Proven success leading teams in customer-oriented environments
• Availability for a flexible, on-site schedule (approximately 50 hours/week) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds
• Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
• ServSafe Certification preferred

Multi-Unit Director Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with both food concepts and convenience store retail is a plus
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite, POS, payroll, and inventory systems
• Bilingual abilities are an asset

Multi-Unit Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the Area Director in driving operational excellence and profitability across all food brands
• Lead and motivate associates and leadership, fostering an engaging, high-performance work culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards across all food and beverage concepts
• Recruit, train, and retain strong teams to maintain outstanding service and staffing levels
• Analyze financial and operational metrics, supporting strategies to maximize performance
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with partners in HR, loss prevention, brand management, finance, and maintenance to support business goals
