In this mission-driven, team-based role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient status, educating patients and families, and documenting accurately in the EMR.
