Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Adventist Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care that promotes safety, independence, and whole-person wellness. In this faith-based, mission-driven role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in patients’ homes. You’ll educate patients and caregivers, recommend adaptive equipment, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
