In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of patient interaction, providing compassionate service, collecting high-quality specimens, and supporting critical diagnostic testing that helps guide life-changing medical decisions.
Location: O'Fallon, MO
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm

As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in the healthcare process by ensuring accurate specimen collection and patient identification. What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen accuracy
- Maintain required records and documentation in accordance with established procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment
- Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards
- Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
- Perform specimen collection and processing duties with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality expectations
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- Experience with keyboarding and data entry
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
