Location: O'Fallon, MO

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: 6:30am-3:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen accuracy
  • Maintain required records and documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment
  • Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards
  • Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
  • Perform specimen collection and processing duties with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality expectations

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills
  • Experience with keyboarding and data entry
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
