Clinical Nurse Coordinator nights

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Department night shift. In this role, you’ll provide leadership at the bedside, coordinate patient care, support ED staff, and ensure adherence to clinical and safety standards. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor nurses, and assist with staffing and workflow. Ideal candidates are experienced ED RNs with strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
