Encompass Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
