Retail Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead all aspects of daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and exceptional patient care in a high-volume retail environment. You’ll supervise and coach pharmacists and technicians, manage scheduling and workflow, and uphold all state and federal regulations. You will drive clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management, optimize inventory and budget performance, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver excellent customer service while advancing Walmart’s commitment to accessible, affordable healthcare.
