Join a role that blends operational leadership with service excellence in a healthcare setting. You’ll oversee mailroom services alongside patient dining operations, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a consistently positive experience for patients, staff, and visitors.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $65000 per year - $75000 per year

What you’ll bring
- Experience guiding frontline teams within service-driven operations such as mailroom, dining, or healthcare support services.
- Knowledge of patient dining workflows, food safety, sanitation, and clinical nutrition standards.
- Background in staff scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Commitment to service excellence through patient engagement, rounding, and quality monitoring.
- Organizational skills that support workflow management, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
