Warehouse associate

Our client, a leading transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting order fulfillment and freight distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title Warehouse Associate
Location NC, Durham
Pay Range: $18.90

Shift Details:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Site leaders will verify candidates' specific shifts
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required

What’s the Job?

• Sort and organize heavy boxes to create complete customer orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and order specifications.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.

What’s Needed?

• Previous warehouse, dock, or transportation industry experience preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience using handheld scanners and following written instructions.
