Both operate in a fast-paced, results-driven culture, and this role is fully accountable for growth, production, P&L results, quality, and portfolio KPIs.

- Retail Marine partnership expansion and embedded point-of-sale financing
- A national field sales team, and the production, coverage, and accountability standards that drive it
- Growth strategy and execution across both business lines
- Underwriting discipline and portfolio health, in partnership with Credit and Risk
- Dealer- and retailer-facing capability roadmap, in partnership with Product and Technology
- Performance and strategy reporting to executive leadership

- A track record of leading field-based sales teams and scaling partner channels
- Command of credit, pricing, and portfolio management
- Proven growth through partner channels, not just market tailwinds
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in a regulated banking environment preferred
