Lead the Line - Step Into a Production Lead Role!

Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is hiring Production Leads to support and oversee packaging operations. If you're someone who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Location: Bristol, PA

Available Shifts & Pay

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $22.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $23.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $23.50/hr

What You'll Do

As a Production Lead, you'll help ensure your assigned area operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting production team members throughout the shift
  • Assigning work and ensuring proper staffing coverage
  • Monitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targets
  • Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Training new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
  • Assisting with inventory accuracy and audit support
  • Tracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments
  • Prior lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Overtime may be required, including weekends during peak production periods
  • Background check required
