Speech Therapy Clinician

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Clinician to deliver evidence-based speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services within our inpatient rehabilitation and home-based care network. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and independence. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, you will provide education to patients and families, document progress, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
