Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanning, and shipping software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order picking, packing, staging, replenishment, and outbound shipping activities
• Plan workloads based on order volume, staffing, and carrier schedules to meet customer priorities
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor to avoid bottlenecks and maintain productivity
• Lead, train, and develop fulfillment associates through coaching and pre-shift meetings
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipping exceptions
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Support inventory cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized work environment
